Nottingham Forest have taken a massive decision to ban a world-famous football pundit from entering the City Stadium for a crucial clash against Chelsea on Sunday (24 May).
Forest are seventh in the PL table with 65 points in 37 matches this season. They are just one point behind fifth-placed Chelsea.
As even the top five spots in the PL now open the Champions Legaue doors for the 2025-26 season, a victory over the Blues will benefit Forest.
Hence, the Sunday game has become too crucial for both sides. Sky Sports informed Neville about the surprising suspension.
Neville told on Instagram: “I’ve had no choice but to withdraw from the coverage.”
Earlier in May, Neville did not like how Forst owner Evangelos Marinakis came onto the pitch and confronted manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
It could be the key reason behind this ban that the Manchester United legend has not liked.
