Rico Lewis and Josko Guardiol scored once each as Manchester City beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the FA Cup semi-finals.
In the final next month, City will face Crystal Palace. However, Sky Blues boss Pep Guardiola feels that they should never see winning the FA as the success this season.
The Citizens are fighting for the Champions League spot, and they are already out of this season’s UCL action. 61 points in 34 matches have placed Man City fourth in the Premier League.
And a top-four finish is a must for making it into the 2025-26 UCL season.
Guardiola said: “The damage would be minimum. It’s not going to confuse the season has been good. The club has to take the decision, the right ones, so next season will be better.”
Last season Man City lost the FA Cup final 2-1 against Manchester United.
In the last 10 years, Man City have only dominated English football. There have been seen have rare seasons where they have not done a mega job.
