Sunrisers Hyderabad head coach Daniel Vettori feels strongly that they are missing the overall balance in the Indian Premier League 2025.
It is worth pointing out that SRH reached the IPL final last season, losing to Kolkata Knight Riders. Despite six of nine IPL defeats, the Sunrisers Hyderabad are still looking for the final touch to make a sound impact.
Hours before facing the Gujarat Titans, Vettori said: “I don’t think we’ve put together complete performances. We’ve let ourselves down in one facet, probably in every match. You look at the good teams that are winning at the moment, they’ve been consistent across the board.”
There have been some individual performances by the SRH batters. But overall, the team has not found the touch to win game after game.
There are very low chances of SRH doing something substantial now. They are placed ninth in the IPL table. The only team behind them is the Chennai Super Kings.
From being a finalist last year to being one of the bottom sides in the IPL, it has been a massive turnaround for SRH.
