Viktor Gyokeres has opened talks with Arsenal, as per GiveMeSport. However, the high-profile striker has not decided anything about his future.
47 goals and 11 assists in 46 outings this season tell the mega worth of Gyokeres, who joined Sporting CP from Coventry City in 2013.
As there are not many strikers who are capable of scoring 30 to 40 goals a season, the demand for the Sweden international has indeed become very high profile.
Not just for the club, Gyokeres has been performing well for his national team. Making the debut in 2019, 15 goals in 26 matches show the overall impact he has been making consistently.
Arsenal, who will face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions Legaue semis, have a mega touch. However, there is still a need of the number nine who can make a sound impact indeed.
