Chelsea scouts are closely looking at the situation of Jobe Bellingham, with Sunderland ready to offer him to the Blues, as per Football Insider.
Jobe is the younger brother of Jude Bellingham, who is one of the leading footballers in the world. Jude, 19, made his pro debut for Birmingham City in 2021. After just two seasons, he made the move to Sunderland.
In 78 domestic league apps, he has scored 11 times.
However, Chelsea would face heavy competition from a host of clubs that want to sign the young midfielder.
His move would depend upon whether Sunderland manages to get a promotion this season, with his current deal lasts until the 2028 summer.
