Joel Ordonez, who is a centre-back from Ecuador, is one of the players in Everton’s summer transfer plans.
As per Football Insider, the Toffees have to pay £40m to Club Brugge for signing the defender. Ordonez made his senior debut for Ecuador in 2024. He made a move to Club Brugge in 2023 from Club NXT.
Ordonez is a product of Independiente del Valle Academy. He made his debut for Independiente del Valle in 2022.
Everton made a move in the winter by adding David Moyes back as the manager. The club, hence, can sign some of the players that the former Manchester United boss wants.
Ordonez is a pure centre-back but is capable of playing as a right-back too.
