Bayern Munich had a 3-3 draw against RB Leipzig on Saturday, winning their 34th Bundesliga title. However, it became Harry Kane’s first title for club and country.

Kane moved to Bayern in the summer of 2023, but had a trophy-less first season with the mega German club.

Kane, during his time at Tottenham Hotspur from 2010 to 2023, did not win any titles. Even as an England player, the 31-year-old striker has not won anything for his national side.

Having a contract until the 2027 season, Kane has scored 24 times in 29 German top-flight outings and led Bayern to the first title in his time.

Kane, after winning the debut title for the team, said: “There are many people who, throughout my career, only talk about the fact I haven’t won a title yet.”

“It would be nice to silence a few of them.”

Over the years, there was a talking point about Kane not winning any silverware with club or country.

However, the 2024-25 Bundesliga title might help the England captain to form the habit. In terms of goal-scoring form, the stats suggest that he is still as good as an apple pie.
