Matheus Cunha, whose release clause of £62.5m gets activated this summer, has become a reported target of Manchester United.
The former Atletico Madrid forward has scored 13 goals in 26 Premier League games this season. In overall 75 English top-flight outings, the Brazilian international has added 27 goals and 11 assists.
Cunha has a long-standing deal with Wolves until the 2029 summer. Cunha made his Brazil debut in 2021, scoring one time in 13 appearances.
From 2021 to 23, Cunha took 40 La Liga apps to score six goals for Atletico Madrid.
However, his mega move to England has become productive as the move at the Midlands giants have worked well for the 25-year-old.
Even his time in Germany did not work. For RB Leipzig, he contributed two goals in 35 Bundesliga matches from 2018 to 2020.
Man United are desperate for getting stable goal-scorers this summer. Hence, the £62.5m release clause can be triggered.
