England head coach Thomas Tuchel is unhappy with the FIFA international window in June. The high-profile football manager feels that players must get sufficient rest after the end of the 2024-25 season.
The June international window will finish on June 10. Four days later, the FIFA Club World Cup will take place in the United States. The event will run from 14 June to 13 July.
For the first time, 32 teams will take part in the FIFA Club World Cup.
He said: “The June window is not ideal for anyone, especially the players.”
At the FIFA Cup World Cup, several top players will battle for the ultimate glory. However it can make them restless as in August, the new football season will start.
And before that, the clubs will also travel worldwide to play friendly games. It puts extra pressure on some of the top football players in the world.
